Every first Saturday of the month, individual visitors can visit the museum free of charge.

To secure your visit, we recommend reserving your ticket and preferred time slot online. On the day itself, admission tickets can also be purchased at the front desk, depending on availability.

Practical information:

• A complete visit takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

• Select the date and ticket type in advance.

• Please check in with the front desk staff from 2:00 p.m. onwards for a smooth admission process. Check-in is possible until one hour before closing time.

• Kindly present your e-ticket (attached to your reservation confirmation email) upon arrival so your visit can be registered.

• Free admission applies exclusively to the museal spaces of the Abbey Museum of the Dunes. It does not include events.

During Open Museum Days, the museum is lively. Therefore, group reservations are not possible on these days.

Unannounced group visits may be refused by reception staff for safety reasons.

Groups are welcome by prior reservation. Group bookings must be made at least three weeks in advance via our dedicated webshop for group reservations.
